We want you to love your EMMIOL finds, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return window within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your EMMIOL account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
